The Spanish Beauty Haul: Kiko, Sephora and Inglot

Kiko haul
Happy Monday beauties!

In my giveaway (which is still running for a few days here) I asked you what you wanted to see more of on the blog and lots of you said hauls! So here's the damage I did while in Madrid for a work trip. Some of my favorite makeup brands are not sold in The Netherlands and I take advantage every time I can to visit the shops and pick up some goodies.
First I went to the huge Kiko Cosmetics at the Gran Via in Madrid. The shop looked just stunning and glamorous (sorry, wasn't allowed to take photos there) and the displays were just too much to resist. I picked up a few bits from the new Daring Game LE which I reviewed last here, and some things from the permanent line. I went a bit overboard with liners, getting the Supercolor Liquid Eyeliner in 112 Crocodile Green (6.90€ here), Colored Kajal in 114 Plum (4.20€ here) and the Smart Eye Pencil in 800 Golden Silk (2.50€ here). so now I'm set with colored liners, for Kiko. As usual then the nail polish stand sucked me in with all the pretty colors and I managed to constrain myself to only two shades perfect for the coming colder months, the Nail Lacquers (3.90€ here) in 320 Beige Mauve, a neutral mauvy-grey, and 497 Pearly Indian Violet, a burgundy-purple with blue and gold glitter, very unique! Finally from the sale area with the old limited editions, I got the Colour Shock Long Lasting Cream Eyeshadow (3.00€ here) in 108 Metallic Blue, which I plan on using both as a smokey eye base and as gel eyeliner. I came out very happy and with a great bag full of goodies!

Sephora haul
Next stop was Sephora in El Corte Ingles in Puerta del Sol and here I picked up another pencil liner, the Contour Eye Pencil 12h Wear Waterproof in 14 Cocoa-Nacre' Shimmer (8.90€ here) and the famous Sephora Cream Lip Stain in 01 Always Red (13.00€ here). I'm absolutely in love with this one and a separate review will come soon (she says with hearts in her eyes). A small anecdote, we ended up running into the mall because it was pouring rain and it was just across the metro station and we totally missed the stand alone shop right across the Sol square. Well, I ended up going there the next day and getting a makeover form a very nice MUA who stopped me at the door telling me I needed some red lipstick to go with the black playsuit and leather jacket I had. While he was at it he extended my eyeliner to make a very dramatic look! He used all Urban decay products: the Super Saturated Gel Liner and Lipstick and Lip Pencil in Bang. Gorgeous!!!

I fell in love with the feeling of gel liner and went to pick one up for myself. The Inglot Gel Eyeliner n.77 (14.00€ here) is one of NikkieTurtorials' favorite and very affordable so it was the perfect choice. Other items from Inglot I really love are the eyeshadows. I already own a Freedom System quad I got last year for my birthday and wanted to expand my collection a bit. This time I decided to assemble another quad with some colors I wanted to use this fall/winter season so I went for a green with gold sparkle (n.611), a red (n.450) a plum/eggplant color (n.446) and a beautiful dark brown (n.423). These are great quality eyeshadows and for only 7€ you can't go wrong, plus you get the quad palette for only 2€. An amazing deal I tell you! While I was there they had a 3 for 2 on all the makeup so to I decide to pick up another gel liner in a metallic champagne shade (n.94) which is perfect for highlighting and creating gradient liners.

Inglot haul
So these were the results of my beauty shopping during my trip to Madrid, which I squeezed while sightseeing. I leave you with some more pics from the trip.
Hope you enjoyed the haul. What are your favorite brands to pick up while abroad?
